More than five years after his last visit to Atlanta, Bryan Ferry will return with a show at the Tabernacle.

As well-regarded for his solo work as his time fronting Roxy Music, Ferry, 71, released his 14th solo album, “Avonmore,” in 2014. Earlier this year, he unveiled “Bryan Ferry Live 2015,” a 2-CD collection of live tracks from his tour that year.

The silken-voiced singer will visit Atlanta at 8 p.m. March 14. Tickets (general admission floor, reserved balcony) are $39.50-$85 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. Dec. 9 at www.ticketmaster.com and by calling 1-800-745-3000.

At his recent European tour dates, Ferry has performed a combination of Roxy Music classics (“More Than This,” “Love is the Drug,” “Avalon”), his recent material and covers of Bob Dylan and John Lennon.
