The seductive charms of the voice behind “You Are My Lady” and “Rock Me Tonight (For Old Times Sake)” haven’t diminished over the years as Jackson demonstrates on his new single, “One Night” from the upcoming album, “Love Signals.” Calling the new material a “return to my soulful beginnings,” Jackson teamed with Gerald Albright on the song “Hold Me Tonight,” and expresses his concern for the world on “Save the Babies.” He’ll likely sprinkle some of these new songs into his live set, but fans can bet on hearing “Jam Tonight” and “A Little Bit More” as well.

Todd Rundgren
Before he hits the road with Ringo Starr later this year, the innovative rock wizard will engage on this tour dubbed “White Knight: The Chivalrock Tour.” The name is partially taken from Rundgren’s new album, “White Knight,” which follows 2015’s “Global” and features an array of guests (Trent Reznor, Robyn, Joe Walsh and Daryl Hall, among them). The frank singer-songwriter-producer is still willing to dole out his 1969 soft-rock hit, “Hello, It’s Me,” and fans will also get a sampling of some songs from his Utopia days.

Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds
The Dave Matthews Band is taking the summer off, but Matthews and pal Tim Reynolds will keep the music playing. The show will feature the pair playing stripped-down, acoustic songs — primarily from the DMB catalog, but the occasional cover tune might be sandwiched into the set list. Since 1999, Matthews and Reynolds have released three live double-CDs; the most recent, “Live in Las Vegas,” bowed in 2010.

Arrested Development
Atlanta's legacy hip-hoppers will always be regarded for their groundbreaking musical approach with '90s songs "Tennessee" and "Mr. Wendal." The group, still fronted by the thoughtful Speech, recently released a free, 15-song download called "Changing the Narrative" on their website.

Billy Currington
The country hunk from Savannah has landed in the Top 40 on the country charts 19 times since his 2003 debut. His most recent album, “Summer Forever,” arrived two years ago, and Currington has noted in recent interviews that he has plenty of songs written for his seventh album, but hasn’t set a date for its arrival. In the meantime, fans can strum through summer with the easygoing Georgian on this “Stay Up ‘Til the Sun” tour.
