Shaky Knees Music Festival
Jane’s Addiction will treat fans to a performance of its 1990 classic “Ritual de lo Habitual” album. Huey Lewis & the News will tee up its 7 million-selling 1983 landmark “Sports” album in its entirety. And about 75 other acts — including Florence and the Machine, the 1975, Walk the Moon, the Decemberists, Foals, At the Drive-In and Bloc Party — will command five stages at Centennial Olympic Park and International Plaza for the Shaky Knees Music Festival. This year, the event moves from Central Park near the Atlanta Civic Center and, the year prior, Atlantic Station.

Funk Fest
With a lineup that includes Snoop Dogg, New Edition and Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds, as well as Atlanta R&B-hip-hop royalty Goodie Mob and TLC, this year’s Funk Fest will satisfy multiple demographics. The tour will continue on to Birmingham and Mobile.

Talk about a band that never has too much time on its hands. After playing a series of dates with longtime tour pals Def Leppard and Tesla earlier this year, the lush-rock hitmakers will share the stage with 38 Special and former Eagles guitarist Don Felder. It’s a good guess that not much has changed since we talked last year to the band’s James “J.Y.” Young, who promised a bunch of classics from Styx’s four consecutive triple-platinum albums (that means “Renegade,” “Come Sail Away,” “The Grand Illusion” and many more).

Rihanna
A couple of years shy of 30, the Barbados beauty has earned 14 No. 1 singles in her career — more than Michael Jackson or Madonna, if you're wondering. Her Anti world tour comes to Atlanta after a two-month postponement, making us the last U.S. date of the tour instead of one of the first ("production delays" caused the date bump). Touring in support of her eighth studio album (also dubbed "Anti"), Rihanna is giving fans a lot of medleys and newer material, but has so far nixed hits, including "S.O.S.," "Disturbia" and "Only Girl (in the World)."

Daryl Hall and John Oates
During last year's Music Midtown appearance, the Philly soul-pop stars breezed through a set that showcased their professional — if not super warm-and-fuzzy — stage demeanor, a couple of still-robust voices, one heck of a sax solo from longtime band member Charles DeChant during "Maneater," and a string of singalongs, including "Say It Isn't So" and "I Can't Go for That." Oh, and this time they've recruited the mighty and fabulous Augusta native Sharon Jones to share the bill.
