Baseball schedule updates: Rain delays three finals, pushes Johns Creek-Lee County to Friday

Game 3 of the Johns Creek-Lee County semifinal series, scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, has been rained out and will be played Friday at 1 p.m. in Leesburg.

Also, the AA and A private finals slated to start Wednesday in Savannah have been moved to Friday.

The AAAAAA finals are to be announced. The GHSA indicated that they would be played Tuesday and Wednesday next week, but the GHSA now says it has not ruled out starting it Saturday in Rome with a potential Game 3 played out of Rome and on a team's home field.

Pope of Marietta will play the Lee County/Johns Creek winner.
