All-region basketball: Jonesboro pair sweeps player-of-year awards in 4-AAAAAA


M.J. Walker (boys) and Saadia Munford (girls) are the basketball players of the year in Regon 4-AAAAAA, as chosen by the region's coaches.

Walker is a McDonald's All-American and the leading scorer in Clayton County history. He has not made his college choice.

Munford guard, has signed to play with Elon University.
