Things to know about Georgia Tech fan day

  • The event begins at 4 p.m. on Callaway Plaza outside Bobby Dodd Stadium with Wreckfest, which will include interactive games and inflatables.
  • Free parking is available in Peters Parking Deck and the O'Keefe and McCamish Pavilion lots. Entrance is through the Gate 4 tunnel on Callaway Plaza on the stadium's north end.
  • The tunnel will open at 5 p.m. Season-ticket holders will be admitted beginning at 4:30 p.m.
  • Players will be arranged by position group. Coach Paul Johnson will have a separate tent. Assistant coaches are typically scattered around the field.
  • The event ends at 6:30 p.m.
  • Tech will scrimmage Saturday morning, but it is not open to the public. All scrimmages are expected to be closed. It is possible one of the scrimmages may be opened to season-ticket holders.
