It looks like Georgia Tech has its specialists for the future.

Kicker Joseph Bulovas of Mandeville, La., announced his commitment to Tech on his Twitter account Friday. Bulovas is ranked the No. 4 kicking prospect in the country by 247 Sports. Tech’s commitments for the 2017 signing class already includes Pressley Harvin III, rated the No. 1 punting prospect in the country by Kohl’s Punter Rating.

Bulovas and Harvin will be poised to replace the Yellow Jackets’ returning specialists, kicker Harrison Butker and punter Ryan Rodwell. Both are entering their senior seasons.

Bulovas tweeted that he had received an offer last Sunday, when Tech held its camp.

Bulovas is also rated the No. 2 kicking prospect nationally by Chris Sailer Kicking, which operates camps nationwide. Last fall, he was named field-goal champion, kickoff champion and overall champion at the academy’s fall camp in Texas.

"Joseph is simply a big-time talent," Sailer wrote in an evaluation on his website. "A phenomenal athlete with a great leg."

Bulovas became Tech's fourth commitment of the 2017 class, following Harvin, of Sumter, S.C., two-way lineman Connor Hansen of Tallahassee, Fla., and Buford High linebacker T.D. Roof .
