Georgia Tech bowl projections, computer rankings for week 3

A win over Vanderbilt enabled Georgia Tech to gain the notice of humans, namely poll voters , but not so much the computers. The move to 3-0 gave the Yellow Jackets a modest bump among the algorithm crowd, the ESPN power index excepted. A win over Clemson would likely change things considerably.
