The construction is expected to start on Sunday, July 17 and end next April, according to a GDOT press release. The project to resurface all northbound and southbound travel lanes for $13.8 million.

In Clayton County, GDOT will resurface I-75 northbound and southbound from just north of SR 54/Jonesboro Road to the I-285 interchange. The project is expected to start on Monday, July 11 and conclude next February. The project is expected to cost $9.5 million.
