Pasadena, Calif. - Pei-Ying Nie, a UGA alum like her sisters Ling Ling and Phonshia, had already planned to be in Pasadena this year, since Phonshia lives here now.

What luck - their alma mater is here this year too! We caught up with Nie, whose parents still live in metro Atlanta, near the Rose Bowl where volunteers were decorating floats.
