The new trailer for Marvel's upcoming "Ant-Man and The Wasp" is out and you can easily spot several Atlanta landmarks amid all the action.

Paul Rudd plays Scott Lang/Ant-Man. Early in the trailer he exacts some revenge on a bad guy in a car crash scene filmed at Forsyth and Marietta streets downtown. Keep an eye out for the Five Points Plaza Building, formerly known as First Federal Building, at 40 Marietta Street.

The action continues down Peachtree Street. When you see Ant-Man in gigantic form taking on a light blue flatbed truck, you'll spot the 191 Peachtree Building entrance and the Alma Cocina sign over his shoulder.

All sorts of mayhem takes place inside the 200 Peachtree Building, a beautiful historic spot that once housed Davison-Paxon's, which became Macy's and is now an events venue.  Philip Trammell Shutze served as chief architect on the building that opened in 1927 at a cost of $6 million. At the time it was  the largest department store south of Philadelphia and among the first to have air conditioning.

Luckily the distinctive chandeliers were not smashed to smithereens like other stuff on screen (mostly CGI explosions, of course).

The movie with Evangeline Lilly as Hope van Dyne/The Wasp, Michael Douglas as Dr. Hank Pym and T.I. as Scott's buddy Dave, is due on July 6. See what other Atlanta sites you can spot:
