Kylie and and Kendall Jenner yank T-shirts that made everyone mad

Kylie and Kendall Jenner apparently have shelved a line of T-shirts featuring their images over visages of the late Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G. among others but not before they made pretty much everyone furious with the ill-advised collection.

"I am not sure who told @kyliejenner and @kendalljenner that they had the right to do this," wrote  Voletta Wallace, whose son Christopher Wallace aka Notorious B.I.G. was killed in a 1997 drive-by shooting, in an Instagram post. " The disrespect of these girls to not even reach out to me or anyone connected to the estate baffles me.  I have no idea why they feel they can exploit the deaths of 2pac and my Son Christopher to sell a t-shirt.  This is disrespectful, disgusting, and exploitation at its worst!!!"

The T-shirts, which had been selling for $125, also featured their mugs slapped over images of Pink Floyd, The Doors and Ozzy Osbourne in addition to the items with Biggie and Tupac - also a victim of deadly gun violence.

Sharon Osbourne wasn't amused:

They are all now gone from the Jenner siblings' web site and they're posting apologies:

It's the latest promotion that bombed so spectacularly you almost have to wonder if it was a publicity stunt.

Earlier this year Kendall starred in a Pepsi ad showing the reality show personality and lipgloss defusing tension between police and protesters by handing a cop a Pepsi. Rev. Bernice King leveled this withering critique.
