The two nekkid swimming sessions didn't happen at the same time, of course.

"Here’s how it happened," she said, explaining how she and Jackson would up swimming while wearing just their smiles. "He was visiting me while we were shooting 'On Golden Pond.' I had a little cabin on the lake, Swan Lake in New Hampshire, and he stayed with me for about eight days. One night, it was a full moon, and he said, ‘Let’s go swimming.’ It was his idea.

Asked Ellen: "When he said ‘Let’s go swimming, did he mean nude?’"

"Well, he hadn’t brought a bathing suit," Jane responded. "We wore robes and then went out and dropped the robes."

Then she switched gears: "I am the only person in the world who has skinny dipped with Michael Jackson - and Greta Garbo."

"And Greta Garbo? Wow," Ellen said. "How’d that happen?"

Here's what happened there.

"I was about 16," Jane said. "My father had rented a house in the south of France, right on the water. He was married. My stepmother was a very social person so there were always a lot of celebrities coming. No one ever spoke to me or paid any attention and one day Garbo came and she said, ‘Want to go swimming?’ And the fact that she even saw me..

"She came out with a robe and one of those white tight rubber caps. She dropped her robe. Oh my God, her body. It was so beautiful but it wasn’t Playboy body. It was athlete body. She was so sleek and she dove into that cold water.

"She said, ‘Do you want to be an actress?’ I said, ‘No.’ She said, ‘Well you’re pretty enough. You should be.’ I almost drowned!"
