It's officially official: Frank Ski reclaims his morning slot on V-103 as of Monday morning.

"In the five years since I've been gone Atlanta has changed a lot," he said. "It seems like a long time."

Ski left Atlanta after 14 years on V-103 as morning host in late 2012, most of that time at No. 1. He spent a couple of years at  DC station WHUR-FM,  signed on with Atlanta-based Bounce TV as on-air talent and did some consulting.

He came back to V-103 in April 2016 as a weekend host and as AJC radio/TV reporter Rodney Ho was first to report, Ski's return to the morning slot follows the Feb. 2 departure of Ryan Cameron, who decided to pursue other opportunities .

"We'll probably have a bunch of people calling in and welcoming me back," Ski said of his first A.M. shift might be like. "I kind of just want to get in there and start working. I want to get back to business."
