Where to get Thanksgiving meals to go in metro Atlanta

Want to host Thanksgiving this year but don’t want to deal with cooking? These metro Atlanta restaurants have you covered. Be sure to place your orders quickly, as many restaurants have deadlines. 

Don’t feel like hosting? Eat at one of these metro Atlanta restaurants open on Thanksgiving.

Intown Atlanta  

4 Rivers Smokehouse. The restaurant is offering everything from smoked turkey and brisket to àla carte sides and fixins’ packages to sweet shop cakes. Order online.

Alon’s Bakery & Market. A specialty menu offers a selection of appetizers, whole turkeys, desserts and all the fixin’s including a holiday cheese board, butternut squash with hazelnut and sage, candied sweet potato souffle and cornbread chestnut dressing.

The Brasserie and Neighborhood Cafe at Parish. Parish is offering both a la carte items including turkey breast, sage stuffing and cranberry-orange relish as well as a $120 bundle options featuring turkey breast, sides and dessert for four to six people. Call 404-681-4434 to place an order.

D.B.A. Barbecue: The barbecue spot is offering to-go smoked turkeys with gravy and relish for $85 for eight people and a full dinner including turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, Brussels sprouts, relish and gravy for $185 for eight. 

DAS BBQ. The restaurant is offering a Turkey Day Bundle featuring boneless and skinless turkey breast barrel-smoked over hickory and pecan fires in Pancho + Lefty plus a choice of side including creamed corn, mac and cheese or collard greens for $85 for 10 people. Place your order online at dasbbq.com, email catering@dasbbq.com or call 404-850-7373.

Fox Bros. BBQ. Choose from an ala carte menu of holiday items including a whole smoked turkey, hickory smoked ham with peach glaze green bean casserole, cornbread dressing and desserts such as caramel apple spice cake. To place an order, call 404-414-0826 or e-mail catering@foxbrosbbq.com. 

Henri’s Bakery & Café. All three Atlanta-area locations will offer dishes including giblet gravy, cornbread stuffing, macaroni and cheese, Parker House rolls and dessert. Order online at  henrisbakery.com.

Murphy’s. The Virginia-Highland restaurant offers a $155 meal for four, with the addition to add wine and other items. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated and a non-turkey option is available. Quantities are limited, so guests are encouraged to order online

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. The steakhouse is offering sides to go including creamed spinach, mashed potatoes or sweet potato casserole. Each dish is $29.95 for 10-12 people.  All orders must be placed online or by calling your preferred location -- downtown Atlanta (404-223-6500); Buckhead (404-365-0660); Alpharetta (770-777-1500) or Kennesaw (770-420-1985) directly at least 48 hours in advance of desired pickup.

Serpas True Food. The Old Fourth Ward restaurant is offering a variety of packages for Thanksgiving. Get a Feast for 4 for $140 or $185 with fried turkey; a Fest for 8 for $255 or $300 with fried turkey; or a fried turkey on

Star Provisions. Choose from a variety of turkeys including pastured whole turkey and pastured bone-in turkey breast and ala carte sides including sage and apple dressing and buttered rutabag. Call 404-365-0410, ext. 4, to place an order.

Zoe’s Kitchen. The Mediterranean-inspired, fast casual chain is offering a heat-and-serve dinner for $109.99 for 8-10 people featuring starter of hummus and pita, roasted turkey breast, two sides with choices including Greek-style green beans and dessert.

North Fulton County

Cibo e Beve. Pre-order a Thanksgiving dinner that includes dishes such as Tuscan roasted turkey with gravy, cornbread and sausage dressing, harvest salad, whipped potatoes and sauteed green beans for $250 for eight people. Turkeys are also available to be purchased individually for $90. Foundation Social Eatery. Chef Mel Toledo is preparing a spread for $130 for four people and $260 for eight featuring cider-brined turkey, roasted fingerling potatoes, bread stuffing, roasted Brussels sprouts with sherry-bacon vinaigrette, gravy and cranberry sauce. To order, call 770-641-8877.

King Barbecue. The Avalon spot is offering packages that feed 12-14 people for $250 and include cider-brined smoked turkey, cornbread dressing, baked mac and cheese, stewed green beans or collard greens, turkey gravy and cranberry marmalade. Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails. Take home an $85 feast that feeds six to eight people featuring a 12-14-pound apple-brined and smoked Thanksgiving turkey, Madeira gravy and sage-corn spoon bread. Additional sides such as cheddar grits, Kentuckyaki Brussels sprouts and smoked gouda mac and cheese can be purchased for $18/quart. Place orders online.

Wahoo! Grill. The restaurant’s meal includes three courses for six to eight people for $129 plus tax. Proceeds from a portion of each meal sold will be donated to The Giving Kitchen.
