Where to eat on Christmas Eve in metro Atlanta

Have yourself a merry little Christmas Eve dinner with family and friends at the following four restaurants. Menus items will be available on Sunday, Dec. 24.

Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse : The Feast of the Seven Fishes, known as La Festa dei Sette Pesci, is a deeply rooted Italian Christmas Eve tradition, originating in Southern Italy and honoring the vigil prior to a religious holiday when no meat was served. This Buckhead restaurant will celebrate the occasion with a three-course prix fixe menu featuring smoked salmon; scallops; and seafood cioppino with lobster, shrimp, hake, clams, mussels, tomatoes and bruschetta​ from 5-10 p.m. A seat at the table will be $75. Reservations recommended.

C. Ellet's Steakhouse: Start a new Christmas Eve tradition where someone else does all the work. Choose from the full dinner menu or seasonal specials like table-side carved roast beef with freshly grated horseradish or croquembouche. Wine and cocktails will be available by the glass. One Eared Stag: Head here for a festive brunch prepared by chef Robert Phalen from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

Tupelo Honey: Kick off your holiday feast with brunch featuring faves like southern shakshuka, two baked eggs, goat cheese grits, avocado and creole sauce or the eponymous shrimp and grits beginning at 9 a.m. New menu items to check out include Blue Ridge flatbreads and caramelized squash and burrata toast. il Giallo Osteria & Bar : To celebrate the Italian tradition of the Feast of the Seven Fishes, chef Jamie Adams will intertwine fresh seafood specialties along with restaurant's signature handmade pastas, culminating into a three-course menu of tuna belly, ravioloni di patate and New England hake.
