Calling all restaurant servers! Do you have what it takes to make it through an obstacle course without spilling a tray full of drinks?

If you're up to the challenge then The Waiters' Race Atlanta at The Shops Buckhead is the place to be.

On July 14, competitors will walk through an obstacle course carrying a server's tray bearing a glass of water, a glass of wine and a split of Champagne. At the end of the course, entrants must open and pour the mini bottle of bubbly. The person with the most remaining liquid in their glasses will be crowned victor.

The winner of the race will walk away with a round-trip ticket to Paris and a traveling trophy that will be on display in the winner's restaurant for one year.

Modeled after the 100-year-old "Course des Garçons de Café" in Paris, the Waiters' Race is an occasion to celebrate the food industry, with proceeds benefiting  The Giving Kitchen, which provides emergency relief grants to those working in the Atlanta restaurant community who face unanticipated hardship.

A free after party will take place at Le Bilboquet  with live entertainment, food stands and an outdoor bar.
