A Tucker eatery from the owners of Pallookaville in Avondale Estates, Local No. 7 in Tucker and Matador Cantina in Oakhurst is closing its doors at the end of the weekend.

M572, which opened about two years ago at 2316 Main St. with former Rathbun's chef Jon Allen at the helm in the kitchen, made the announcement on its Facebook page:

James Maggard and Jason Hylton bought Pallookaville -- and its under-construction Little Five Points take-out location, Pallookaville Jr. -- in early 2016 from former owner Jim Stacy.

M572 served an upscale American menu with items including burgers and other sandwiches, entrees such as pot roast and trout, soups and salads as well as custom cocktails.
