Try these 8 new metro Atlanta spots to eat brunch and lunch

It's a new year, and with the turn of a calendar page comes a bunch of new metro Atlanta restaurants serving brunch and lunch. Get these spots added to your afternoon rotation:

Another Broken Egg Cafe: The popular brunch restaurant recently opened a new Roswell location with a menu that include brunch classics such as omelettes and scramblers, pancakes, biscuit beignets and waffles; healthy options  including the Skinny Omelette ; cocktails and a kids menu.

BullGogi: Build bowls by choosing from a variety of rices , proteins including beef and chicken bulgogi and salmon or tuna poke, toppings including seaweed salad, spicy radish and green onions and sauces such as ponzu and spicy mayo.

Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar: The seafood restaurant will start serving Sunday brunch on Jan. 22 and will feature dishes including lobster chilaquiles, "Hangtown" benedict with bacon, fried oysters, poached eggs and brown butter Hollandaise, as well as breakfast classics including doughnut holes and praline French toast, as well as the Drift burger. Nexto: Looking for a new lunch spot right off the Beltline? Ramen restaurant Nexto is now open for lunch Tuesdays-Saturdays and serves up  a variety of Japanese dishes and ramen. One Eared Stag: The Inman Park spot recently started offering a specialty pre-fixe lunch option known as "The Businessman's Special".  The menu will include rotating and varying items but will comprise of a soup, salad, entrée and choice of non-alcoholic beverage for $20.

Revival: Kevin Gillespie and executive chef Andreas Mueller both drew from family recipes to create the Southern restaurant's new Sunday brunch menu which includes dishes such as cornmeal catfish and French-style omelette with soft herb cheese and roasted mushroom jus. Seasons52: The healthy eating spot starting offering Sunday brunch earlier this year, offering dishes including brick oven brioche French toast, vegetable frittata and S52 eggs benedict.

Yumbii: The Korean fusion food truck opened its first brick-and-mortar location late last month and serves up dishes including tacos, quesadillas, burritos, rice bowls, and salad bowls with Asian rib-eye beef, Korean BBQ chicken, stir-fried tofu, spicy pulled pork, or panko-crusted tilapia for lunch and dinner.
