A Roswell Peruvian restaurant is reinventing itself with a new location and a big new addition to its menu.
The Freakin Incan announced a move down the block from its current location at 4905 Alabama Road to the Sandy Plains Village shopping center. The restaurant will take over the space next to Movie Tavern previously occupied by Corner Pizza at 4651 Woodstock Road in late fall, owner Mikiel Arnold said.
In addition, the restaurant will partner with Inman Park creperie Julianna's Coffee & Crepes to add dessert crepes and coffee drinks to the menu, with the possible future addition of savory Peruvian-influenced crepes.
The Freakin Incan, which also has a location at 2316 Main St. in Tucker, opened its Roswell location in 2015 after launching as a food truck in 2014.
Arnold said the move will provide the Roswell location with the opportunity to expand its menu, offering more salads and vegetarian options.
