A favorite in Decatur since 2014, Butter & Cream ice cream shop is spreading its frozen treats OTP.
The Roswell Butter & Cream location opened yesterday at 26 Webb St.

Owner Stacy Wisniewski's shop makes its own ice cream, sorbets, sauces, toppings, cookies and cakes , with rotating ice cream flavors including Freckled Chocolate, Blueberry Lavender and Milk Chocolate Stout.
