Vinings just got a little bit sweeter now that JoJo's Candy Shop has opened its doors.
Located at 4199 Paces Ferry Road in the Vinings on the River shopping center, which is also home to Canoe, JoJo's is stocked with sugary treats of every kind. Its selection includes dozens of chocolates, truffles and caramels, bulk candy ranging from Jelly Belly beans to M&Ms to chewy gummies, plus retro brands like Chick-O Sticks and Zotz.
In addition to having an extensive assortment of candy by the pound, piece or bag, JoJo's has a Pucker Powder candy art station that dispenses flavors of powdered candy into tubes for a custom-made Pixy Stick.

It also offers a selection of ice cream from Atlanta-based Greenwood Ice Cream Co. Flavors include kid pleasers like birthday cake, cotton candy, Superman and rainbow sherbet as well as grown-up favorites such as bourbon butter pecan and salted caramel. The ice cream is available by the cup, cone or as a milkshake in a float.
JoJo’s offers party room rental and personalized gift baskets.
JoJo’s will host a grand opening April 28 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Activities will include face painting, a balloon art and cotton candy making. Attendees will receive a free JoJo’s Candy Shop wristband and a 10-percent off coupon while supplies last.
