A "Latin-inspired" restaurant and a rooftop cocktail bar will join New Realm Brewing Co. in the new Common Ground development off the Eastside Beltline this fall.

Bazati Hall, a European and Latin-inspired brasserie with eight artesian shops, will use 7,000 square feet of interior space and 2,500 square-feet of outdoor garden terrace along the Beltline. Estrella "will be a sophisticated rooftop champagne and cocktail bar focusing on small plates with an atmosphere influenced by Miami and Paris," according to a press release, and will take up 3,000 square-feet of space.

New Realm will feature a brewery, restaurant, rooftop patio and beer garden.

Common Ground, which will repurpose the former Western Electric Company facility, will also offer 34,000 square feet of office lofts and retail space. The development will be situated on the Eastside Beltline between Ralph McGill Boulevard and North Avenue at 550 Somerset Terrace NE.
