We love fried potatoes any time of the year, but we especially want them on our plates during Hanukkah, which starts on Christmas this year. Known as latkes, fried potato pancakes are as part of the Hanukkah traditional as lighting candles and playing dreidel. So when we wanted to get a recipe for the perfect latkes, we turned to Todd Ginsberg, the executive chef and co-owner of The General Muir, recently named one of the best Jewish delis in the country.
