Phoenix-based health food eatery Flower Child is set to make its debut in metro Atlanta with two new locations this year.

The first restaurant, to be located at 3400 Around Lenox Drive at Shops Around Lenox, has a projected opening date of July 11, while the second, to be part of the new City Springs development in Sandy Springs, will open this fall.

With a "mission to deliver healthy food for a happy world," Flower Child’s menu features entrée bowls, wraps and salads made with seasonal ingredients, including grass-fed beef and organic Non-GMO tofu. Organic, gluten-free, paleo, vegetarian and vegan options are all available.

Dishes include Avocado Hummus, Mother Earth Bowl and Vietnamese Crunch and Organic Kale Salads, with options geared toward children such as gluten-free macaroni and cheese and Sweet Corn and Quinoa. The beverage selection will include Atlanta-made Golda Kombucha, local beer, wine, and fresh lemonades. Gluten-free dessert options include chocolate pudding, brownies and chocolate chip cookies.

The 5,000 square-foot Buckhead location will feature indoor and patio seating for 120 customers, and a separate line for to-go orders. The restaurant will be open daily from 11 a.m.-9 p.m.

Flower Child also has location in Arizona, California, Nevada and Texas and has plans to open in Colorado, Washington DC and Maryland. The restaurant is part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, which also operates several other restaurant concepts including Zinburger, which has a location in Lenox Square.
