Tuesday, July 17: Avalon in Alpharetta is hosting a special Ladies Night Out event featuring food and drink specials such as a free cup of soup with any purchase at Farm to Ladle, 30 percent off purchases at Kremo Ice Cream, $7 glasses of wine at Barleygarden Kitchen & Craft Bar plus a bevy of shopping deals. The event will take place from 5-9 p.m.

Wednesday, July 18: Anthony White, founder and owner of Windell's Seafood in Atlanta, will host a pop-up shop for his homemade Maryland crab soup -- the same one he has prepared for several NBA players for years. The free event will feature tastings of crab soup paired with grilled cheese and select wines from 7-10 p.m. at Encyclomedia. Saturday, July 21: Learn how to mill grain, make homemade hand-rolled pasta such as cavatelli, gnocchi, orecchiette and more during a pasta making class from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at The White Bull. The class will kick off with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and supplies like an apron and ingredients. Tickets, which are $65, can be purchased here.
