Learn how to make sushi this Sunday. Celebrate spring with a four-course dinner paired with select wines. There are several fun, food events happening in metro Atlanta, so add one or all three of the following activities to your calendar. Be prepared to eat, drink and have a grand ole time.

Thursday, April 19: Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails will host its fifth annual Spring and Vine four-course dinner alongside wine pairings from Trefethen Family Vineyards. Courses will include everything from Alabama Royal red shrimp to veal Chateaubriand steak. A seat at the table will be $90. Click here to purchase tickets.

Friday, April 20: South City Kitchen Buckhead will host Whiskey and Vine, an event featuring a first taste of the restaurant's exclusive new Berkshire Mountain bourbon plus Southern fare such as roasted whole hog, salads and sides. Master distiller Chris Weld of Berkshire Mountain Distillers and winemaker Jason Haas of Tablas Creek will also be on-site to chat about their collaborative bourbon creation and their craft, as well as Fifth Group director of food and beverage standards Vajra Stratigos. Sunday, April 22: Second Self Beer Company will host a two-hour, hands-on beginning sushi class at 3 p.m. Participants will learn how to make perfect sushi rice, their favorite sushi sauces, how to safely serve raw fish at home and more thanks to Birmingham Sushi Class. Participants will get two rolls to eat and a take home cheat sheet filled with tips and tricks. Tickets, which are $40, can be purchased online here.
