Donut connoisseurs will have another opportunity to create their own donuts at Duck Donuts in Druid Hills, reported Tomorrow's News Today . Last week the donut franchise announced plans to open locations in Alpharetta and Buckhead.

The newest location will be located an 1,800-square-foot space in the Toco Hills Promenade shopping center on North Druid Hills Road. While the other locations will be opening this summer, the Druid Hills spot is not expected to open until later this fall.

The chain opened its first location 10 years ago in the Outer Banks of North Carolina when founder Russell DiGilio was on vacation and discovered his morning coffee was missing a fresh donut. Customers will be able to personalize made-to-order donuts by choosing from a list of icings and toppings.
