Chef Kevin Gillespie's KUDU grill event at Yebo Beach Haus

Justin Anthony of True Story Brands (10 Degrees South, Yebo Beach Haus, Cape Dutch, Biltong Bar) and chef and restaurateur Kevin Gillespie (Gunshow, Revival) are joining together for KUDU Braai Cookout on the Yebo Beach Haus patio on May 21.

Both Gillespie and Anthony are KUDU “braai masters” and devotees of the multi-level, live fire South African-style grill, which has been taking off with both chefs and home cooks.

During the event, guests will enjoy passed plates hot off four custom KUDU grills, and have a chance to chat with Anthony and Gillespie about South African cooking.

The menu will feature a variety of traditional South African bites, including shrimp kabobs, boerewors rolls, sosaties, peri-peri chicken and vegetable kabobs.
