Little Bee Project Honey

Get a taste of terroir with honey from Atlanta’s backyard beekeepers. Little Bee Project collects honey from 50 hives located in the city and surrounding communities. Each jar is marked with a number that refers to the apiary where the nectar was gathered. We’re currently enjoying No. 1025, made by busy bees in East Atlanta. Icelandic Provisions Skyr

You’re familiar with Greek yogurt. Now get acquainted with Icelandic skyr (pronounced skee-er). This low-fat, high-protein dairy product made with heirloom cultures is thick like Greek yogurt, but creamier in texture and without the tang.
