For the past two years, lovers of Banjo Coffee Brewing Co.'s cold brew coffee had to troll farmers markets, visit local stores or log on to Uber Eats to get their caffeine fix.

No longer. The business opened a brick-and-mortar location earlier this month at 38 N. Avondale Road in Avondale Estates.

The location's menu has expanded to offer different kinds of coffee drinks, as well as food.

Launched in 2015 by Billy and Chasidy Atchison, Banjo makes its coffee by using room temperature or cold water to extract the flavor from coffee beans. The process generally takes 12 to 24 hours.
