The restaurant inside the St. Regis is branching out with a renovated terrace.

Atlas' new terrace, which is set to open in early 2019, will feature an "all-season, enchanted garden experience," according to a press release.

The space will be an extension of the Tavern at Atlas and will also offer a stand-alone bar, with a menu of small plates, food from the main dining room from chef Christopher Grossman, cocktails and live music.

“When Atlas took over the restaurant space at the St. Regis, a complete renovation of the interior occurred as part of a three-phase plan,” says Atlas General Manager Geno Dew in a press release. “With the Tavern at Atlas being the second phase, we’re now thrilled to give the exterior a facelift as we continue our commitment to always provide exceptional experiences as one of the Southeast’s must-go dining and cocktail destinations.”

The renovation, slated to be completed in conjunction with the four-year anniversary of the terrace, the new 3,070-square foot space designed by The Johnson Studio at Cooper Carry will offer 100 seats in the dining area along with 24 dedicated bar seats, a vaulted glass and steel roof and sliding glass windows that open onto One Buckhead Plaza.

Atlas will keep its normal hours during the renovation process.
