An Atlanta restaurateur with three established businesses is planning to add two more by the end of the year.

Mali Hu, who owns Ichiban in Alpharetta, The One Sushi+ in Brookhaven and Katana on Lenox Road in Buckhead, will bring Monkey 68 to Roswell and Tokyo Belly to Chamblee, according to Atlanta Magazine.

Monkey 68, which will be located at 1073 Green St., will be a compilation of foods from Hu's restaurants, featuring an extended sushi menu and a few popular dishes from One including stir-fried edamame and asparagus fries and hibachi-style Wagyu steak similar to that found at Ichiban. The bar program will offer drinks named after the Chinese zodiac signs and will also offer beer, wine and sake. Look for two dining rooms upstairs, one at street level, and a patio in the front of the house.

Tokyo Belly, set to open this fall in the Peachtree Crossing development at Peachtree Road and Peachtree Boulevard, will serve Asian street food including dumplings, buns and sushi rolls, and will also offer a full bar.

Hu told Atlanta Magazine she's also thinking about opening a ramen bar in Vinings.
