What to watch for:

This is the final exhibition game for the Hawks in preparation for Wednesday’s season opener. The Mavericks are also the opponent for the opener, and that circumstance had Mike Budenholzer uncertain how he would handle personnel and strategy.

“I think we will probably approach it somewhat like we did the other night and a normal game,” Budenholzer said at shootaround today. “Just try and get better. Treat it like any other preseason game. As you get closer to the regular season you play your guys a little bit more. I may adjust mid-stream or something like that but that’s my thinking right now.”

The Mavericks play at Charlotte on Friday for a strange back-to-back of road exhibition games.  Here is a preview of the Hawks game by Mavs Moneyball.
