With 23 points in Game 3, Teague moved from ninth to sixth on the Hawks’ franchise playoff scoring list as he surpassed Steve Smith, Kevin Willis and Mookie Blaylock. … Dennis Schroder had career playoff highs in points (20) and field goals (eight) in Game 3. He became the first Hawk since Sidney Moncrief in 1991 to have a 20-point playoff game in fewer than 23 minutes. … Korver is averaging 17 points in the past two games with five 3-pointers in each. … Horford is second in the NBA playoffs in player contested shots at 16.0 per game. He trails on the Heat’s Hassan Whiteside at 16.3.

The Celtics will be without Avery Bradley for the third straight game after suffering a hamstring injury in Game 1. … Thomas scored 42 points for the Celtics in their Game 3 victory. According to the Elias Sports Bureau, he is the first player not drafted in the first round to score 40 or more points in a playoff game since Carlos Boozer had 41 points for the Jazz in 2007. He is also the fourth Celtic to have at least 12 field goals and 13 free throws in a playoff game joining John Havlicek, Sam Jones and Larry Bird.
