FLOWERY BRANCH — Here are the five things we learned Wednesday about the Falcons (6-5), who play at Tampa Bay (5-6) in a big NFC South game at 1 p.m. Sunday at Raymond James Stadium.

QUINN "JACKED" OVER MEETING: Instead of being "uptight," Falcons coach Dan Quinn was "jacked" about the players-only meeting that was held on Monday.

FREEMAN BACK: Running back Devonta Freeman was cleared from the concussion protocol and returned to practice.

HESTER WORKING: Returner Devin Hester, barring that he doesn't have any setbacks, is expecting to play on Sunday.

RYAN ADMITS TO HIS MISTAKES: Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan continued to admit to his mistakes.  Ryan also spoke about retaining in confidence and he received from kind words from Tampa Bay coach Lovie Smith.
