Attention Monty Python fans: The Fox Theatre announced Wednesday that it will present a 40th anniversary screening of "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" on Sept. 8 followed by Q&A with Terry Jones.

Hilarity ensues starting at 7:30 p.m. with the showing of this comedic send-up of the grim circumstances of the Middle Ages as told through the story of King Arthur and framed by a modern-day murder investigation.

The screening is being billed as first-ever appearance in Atlanta by the British film comedian. In addition to co-writing and co-directing the cult classic, Jones is featured as Sir Bedevere and plays roles including Dennis's Mother, Left Head, Prince Herbert and the voice of Cartoon Scribe.

Jones will be accompanied by Kim “Howard” Johnson, author of “The First 200 Years of Monty Python” and a long-time associate of the group, as he answers audience questions.

Atlanta-based Museum Replicas will present a display of “Monty Python and the Holy Grail”costumes in the lobby.
