First look at KSU Holocaust exhibit

Kennesaw State University's Museum of History and Holocaust Education hosts a public reception at 3 p.m. Sunday for the new exhibit "Never Forget,” which will tour to area schools after the reception. The exhibit goes into detail about the life of Atlantan Norbert Friedman, 92, who survived 11 camps before immigrating to the U.S.

Sunday’s reception will include remarks from educators and light refreshments.

glo, collaborators stage 'exhibition' at MOCA GA

The performance troupe glo will open "gestures that soon will disappear: 4th Body," a work in collaboration with the Atlanta artist team Paper-Cut-Project and The Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia, at 7 p.m. Friday at MOCA GA.
The two-hour work is described as "a hybrid form of choreographic exhibition composed of assemblies of objects, ephemera, sound and conceptual materials."
As part of this ongoing collaboration/exhibition, glo dancers will occupy the museum during daily gallery hours -- presenting a variety of workshops peformances and talks --- until the Dec. 20 closing.
