News and notes from Hartsfield-Jackson, the world's busiest airport

Travelers can pre-order from more airport restaurants via app

More restaurants at Hartsfield-Jackson International are taking pre-orders from travelers via an app called Grab.

Atlanta-based Concessions International said it is expanding Grab to restaurants at Hartsfield-Jackson including Fly Burger, Lotta Frutta, Cafe Tazza, Paschal's, Fresh to Order and Dos Equis. Those restaurants are on Concourse B, where Concessions International operates.

The Grab app allows travelers to see menus, place orders, pay and set pick-up times, and also has terminal maps.

Concessions International also has restaurants in airports in Washington, D.C., Denver and Miami that work with Grab.

Other airport concessionaires also use Grab, including Paradies Lagardere and HMSHost. Delaware North also works with the Grab app at Hartsfield-Jackson restaurants Grindhouse Killer Burgers, Jamba Juice, 40/40 Club, Einstein Bros., Subway, Wolfgang Puck, Bojangles and others.
