Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones tries for the ball against the Panthers in the fourth quarter Sunday at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C.

Why are the Falcons 4-4? They are not executing (16 dropped passes, third in the league). They are getting out-coach (penalties and third quarters). They are getting over-powered (short yardage on offense, the meek run defense.) We discuss those issues and whether Dallas running back Ezekiel Elliott will play on Sunday when the Falcons (4-4) face the Cowboys (5-3) at 4:25 p.m. at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in the 21st episode of The Bow Tie Chronicles podcast.
