Thanks to Pastner, Tech students can get in free to NIT game

Georgia Tech students can get in free for Tuesday’s first-round NIT game against Indiana at McCamish Pavilion thanks to coach Josh Pastner.

The ACC coach of the year said he’ll cover the $15 cost for any Tech student who comes to the game, which starts at 9 p.m.

Tech squeezes into NIT field

Student admission is not free for this game because it is under the control of the NIT, not the school. Students will need to bring their Tech ID to the game and will be given a ticket into the student section.
