Georgia Tech punter Pressley Harvin was named to ESPN’s true freshman All-America team, worthy recognition after also being named All-ACC third-team.

Harvin ranks 18th nationally in yards per punt at 44.1 yards per kick, and Tech is 30th nationally in net punting at 39.7 yards per kick after finishing 65th last season at 37.4 yards per punt. Harvin’s high-hanging punts were instrumental in flipping the fields for the Yellow Jackets.

Despite landing 16 of his 50 punts inside the opposition 20-yard line, he only had one touchback.

Tech guard Parker Braun was named to the team last year.
