Georgia State’s early signees class off to strong start

After winning its first bowl game on Saturday, Georgia State is building its next era of players.

During the inaugural Dec. 20 signing period, the Panthers are announcing their new recruits on the official team Twitter (@GSUPanthers). Coach Shawn Elliott has been using his Carolina ties to the fullest.
