The Braves will play their first weekday afternoon game at SunTrust Park on Thursday — a 12:10 p.m. start against the Pirates — and that will make parking around the ballpark more limited because some of the lots used for night games won’t be available.

“Please note that some Braves-operated parking lots that are located (at) an office building may not be accessible for Braves fans for the May 25 game,” the team said in a media alert issued Wednesday.

The Braves said parking will be accessible beginning at 8:30 a.m. Thursday in the Red, Orange and Delta decks and in lots North 25 and North 29. The team also said parking will be accessible beginning at 10 a.m. in lots East 42, East 43, South 60, West 85, East 51, South 68 and at Cumberland Community Church.

However, for fans who haven’t already bought their parking passes, most of those lots are sold out for Thursday’s game.

As of Wednesday morning, only lots 68, 51 and Cumberland Community Church remained available for parking purchases for Thursday's game via www.braves.com/parking. All three of those lots are served by shuttles because of their distance from the stadium.

The Braves said about 1,300 spots remained available for purchase as of Wednesday morning in those three lots.

The team said Uber will be available from its normal pick-up/drop-off zone on Windy Ridge Parkway for Thursday’s game.
