The Gwinnett Stripers announced their 2018 promotional schedule Tuesday, 65 days from opening day.
The Braves’ Triple-A affiliate will feature 12 post-game fireworks shows, four bobblehead giveaway games and other themed nights.
Bobblehead giveaways will go to the first 2,500 fans on the following dates:
April 14: Stripers “Fishtail” bobble.
May 12: Ozzie Albies “Star Wars” bobblehead.
June 9: Ronald Acuna “Superhero” bobblehead.
July 21: Mike Foltynewicz bobblehead.
Weekly promotions include Military Monday, Reel Deal Tuesday, Worm Wednesday, Thursday Hook, Line and Sinker Special and Stripers Sunday.
On Mondays, active or retire military members get two-for-one deal on Infield Box seats when presenting their military ID at ticket office.
On Tuesdays, all Dugout seats are two-for-one.
On Wednesdays, fans with a valid state-issued fishing license will receive two-for-one on Field Box seats. The team will wear alternate worm caps.
On Thursdays, four Infield Box tickets, four hot dogs and four soft drinks sell for $44.
On Sundays, fans can play catch on the field before first pitch and kids (12 and under) can run bases after the game.
Fireworks nights include April 12, April 27, May 12, May 28, June 9, June 22, July 4, July 6, July 20, Aug. 3, Aug. 17, Sept. 1.
Gwinnett rebranded as the Stripers in December. This will mark the franchise’s 10th season playing at Coolray Field.
Single-game tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. March 10. A complete list of the team’s 2018 promotions can be found at their website.
