So another state agency, the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement, has been interpreting the 2017 data, which is mostly based on standardized state test results, and producing its own, arguably more intuitive report card.
The basic numbers, accompanied by colorful charts and graphs and a simple A-F grading system, have been out for several weeks, but GOSA has been gradually adding data to its reports.
