A week after an Atlanta Journal-Constitution investigation showed that the DeKalb County CEO hired a $125,000 a year spokeswoman to work in his office and used funds from the parks department to pay for the job, new records show that four additional employees assigned to the CEO are paid from other funds. Together, the salaries for those five jobs make up 26 percent of the funding for the CEO’s staff.
