Berkeley Lake approves street resurfacing for one more neighborhood

The Berkeley Lake City Council voted recently to approve a proposal for resurfacing design and project management from Keck & Wood Inc. for streets in the River Mansions subdivision. The company estimates $9,825 for the project, with the council adding a contingency for a total cost not to exceed $11,000.

The project will include resurfacing of Mansions Parkway, River Mansions Cove and River Mansions Trace.

Resources to pay for the work are available within the current 2016 budget using 2014 SPLOST funds. However, the project will most likely be completed in early 2017.
