• Failure to post a current inspection report for public view
• Plastic portion cups stored in seasoning container
• Failure to provide a two-inch air gap at the vegetable sink
ORIGINAL STORY (published Jan. 12): A southwest Atlanta sub shop failed a recent health inspection, Fulton County records show.
Yum's Sub at a Chevron on Pryor Street scored a 57/U following the Thursday evaluation. Scores below 70 are considered failing.
According to the report, the restaurant failed to refrigerate food items once opened and failed to provide hand washing signs at all hand sinks and restrooms.

Officials also reported shrimp being thawed at room temperature instead of under running water in the sink.
The location’s prior score, from February, was a B.
Owner Jing Chen said he is working with the health department to fix everything.
“We will work it out together,” Chen said Thursday.
Follow-up inspections are generally completed within 10 days of the original evaluation.
