A man from Atlanta was arrested on Friday in Sandy Springs after he urinated on a sidewalk in front of a daycare around 4:30 p.m., police said.

Nicholas Dionysates was charged with disorderly conduct and taken to the Alpharetta jail on Friday. Fulton County Jail records show this is the third time since 2013 that Dionysates has been arrested for disorderly conduct.

Officers responded to a call at 4:38 p.m. on Friday at Roswell Road after a witness called and told a 911 dispatcher she saw Dionysates commit the act in front of the Primrose School of Sandy Springs South. The witness also told 911 that Dionystates was stroking his private area.

The witness followed Dionysates in her car until police arrived. When officers questioned him, he said he was intoxicated and had been drinking gin. A small amount of gin was found in a plastic milk bottle in his pants, police said.

Officers arrested him for public urination and indecency. He was then taken to Northside Hospital for a medical clearance.
